The room is really cozy but the view for us was just around the hotel so not that inspiring! The location is amazing, there's a footpath to the local mall (the older one not the more fancy one, but it still has western fast food options and a chemist etc) The fried rice at breakfast was yummy if you're into that!

It was clean. The cleaning service did their work marvelousy. The bed was comfortable, no weird smell inside the room. Breakfast were exceptional. Really recommend booking with breakfast included

Great staff. They are more than happy helping you with every wish that you might have. Some rooms feel a bit used but considering the price tag this place is great value for money.

Close to Mataram Mall and many Warung, idoop was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked, the shower was excellent and the staff always friendly.
